now this is annoying. where's my combo? combos always work perfectly. they don't use spirit and charms from my gear so why can't it make the last hit? and i was looking for combos at some point too. it seems i made a mistake with 2-3 charm gears...

While annoying, you also have the problem that this combo only works if the two charms are played in the right order. I'd try a slightly larger deck to give yourself a better probability of it working.

wrong, the order thing was taken out in one of the patches and the duration you have to play the other charm decreased. I cannot say why it did not go off however.

Now, in your case, you were still at 0 spirit, which theoretically means you would win IF you were able to outright kill the Tomb Guardian with that final combo-charm.  Since the combo-charm is supposed to do 62 damage and you had more than 10 life, it should have killed him outright and you should have won.

I would expect this to be a bug, where (even though it isn't used) the game is checking for a spirit before playing the charm.  There is a similar issue with PvP AP requirements.

Lez/Nip, you may want to check into this one.

Was that really an issue though? Sure, if you attack a player 3 lvls above you and win it would cost you only 7 AP instead of 10, but if you lose, you had wasted 10 AP, is that correct?

no, it costs 7 AP no matter if you lose or win. the issue was having 7-9 AP left and not being to start a fight because before fight there's a check for 10 AP like for a regular fight.
yeah, it's something like this too.
