I'd suggest dumping Dex and Pow about equally, and not very drastically either.

Yeah, I'd suggest not dumping anything. Hierarchs aren't much fun until the late game no matter what your stats are, so you might as well set yourself up to use everything.

What about the con path (recruit - cleric - hierarch)?
Is the int way better or it doesnt matter? Dump stats go the same?

The dex path leads you toward Crystaline Ice as well as ongoing magic CPB by way of frost. The pow path leads you toward melee auras. I believe more benefit is gained from dumping pow on a heirarch as the melee auras are better done by other classes. Around level 45 when auras become a useful strategy, magic damage will be ap-preciated more when charms such as Crystal of the Dawn and Scepter of Gregarious come into use.

Power is easier to boost later in the game though because of Heartstring Jerky, that might also be worth taking into consideration when deciding what stat to dump.

Just keep in mind that expect to spend a few months in Skyrift doing Solace in Solitude if you want to seriously consider grinding your POW through Heartstring Jerkies. I've only gotten about 6 in approximately 40-ish runs.

Indeed, I've ran it 24 times so far and only gotten one jerky :(

It's still easier than any other stat because there is no such item for them.

You know you have to fulfill special conditions to even have a chance of a jerky dropping at all, right?

In roughly 100 runs I've had a 23-25% drop rate in the end.

i saw a heirarch play in a warden's way. he used ice spikes/lightning rod/frozen grave at level 46 doing devastating damage. that was really cool.  :)

Yes, I know.
I did get another one since then so thats 2 jerkies in 26 runs so far.

I also started with very bad ratios, it'll even out in the long run.
