Title: Acuity Elixir
Post by: Gias on 18:47:31 - 05/12/09
Aura 1 willpower during 4 turns

What does it mean exactly? I gain a 1 willpower protection during the following 4 turns (including current turn), and this 1 willpower protection will be gone since the 5th turn and afterwards? If so this is kinda weak for a Lv18 charm?

If your WP is 0 when the aura step happens, it'll give you one.  It's not cumulative.  So yes - you understand it correctly.

It's not a bad charm.  Most people like their WP to be with other things (like on weapons and armors) so it seems weak in that regard.  For spirit intensive fights this is not necessarily a bad charm since you'll always have at least one WP at the end of your turn.

The 1 Willpower after the fourth turn won't go away either... (unless used for whatever reason).
The aura checks you're willpower total. If it's 0 or less (assuming that's possible) it'll set it 1 WP. If you're currently at 1 WP, it won't do anything.

I admit the Acuity Elixir at 1 WP for 4 turns, is iffy, but it's superior version is way better at 3 WP for 4 turns.

3 willpower over 4 turns surely sounds better ;D

Also keep in mind that spirit attacks are weak at that level anyway, so while it might not seem much, it actually provides plenty of protection at the time.
